The company was established in the 44th year of the Republic of China and started business in the same year.The companys original name was "Taiwan Yufeng Spinning Factory Co., Ltd.". In order to comply with the companys operating policy and establish a corporate image of diversified operations, it was renamed "Yufeng International Development Co., Ltd." in the 100th year of the Republic of China.
